A home walk-through is provided to each client. You will be advised as to items that need attention. If you have repairs that need to be made on your home, you will be assisted in finding qualified providers that can assist you in preparing your home for the current market.  

 This is where you, the seller, want a Realtor with knowledge and Experience. You will be provided an easy to understand Comparative Market Analysis with a range of value showing your home's worth in the current market. 

 You will enter into an exclusive real estate listing contract. I provide each seller with an overview of the real estate sales experience and explain the steps you will go through in your sales process.  

 You will be marketed on Classic MLS and GAMLS. These multiple listing services will then broadcast your home to the internet. Your home will be found on internet sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and many, many more. Your home will be marketed on my personal and company social media sites. 

Your home will be shown by Realtors and Agents representing prequalified  buyers.  You will receive offers that will result in a contract for the purchase of your home. You will be assisted through the entire process and educated on how to navigate the different elements of your contract.
